Why did we drop the monthly plan?
A monthly fee assumes someone uses the product every day. Agents do not. They send a few contracts, sit still, then send a burst. Paying for a quiet month is a tax. We bill the send instead.
One send uses one envelope. A person still has to sign. Your agent cannot sign for them.
How does a pack work?
You pay once. The envelopes sit on your organization. Each time a send goes out, we subtract one. Saving a draft does not use an envelope. Sending the same envelope again by accident does not use another.

- Dashboard, API, and your agent share the same remaining count.
- When you hit zero, sending pauses until you buy another pack.
- Each pack lasts 12 months. What you do not use is not refunded.

A person still signs. An API key still cannot sign. You still get the same audit trail. The trial is still 25 envelopes in 30 days, no card.
I am already on a trial. Do I lose anything?
No. Keep sending on the trial until it ends. When you buy a pack, unused trial envelopes are not added on top. You paid for the pack you bought, not for leftover trial credit.
What about Enterprise?
Enterprise is not a fifth pack you click. We invoice you for a volume commit. A custom signing domain, SSO, and pinning a region are sold that way. Talk to us if you need that.
Common questions
Can I get a refund?
Only if you have not used any envelopes from that pack. Once you send one, those envelopes stay used. Unused envelopes that expire after 12 months are not refunded.
Do packs refill themselves?
Not yet. We email you when you run low. Sending stops at zero until you buy another pack.
Do extra signers cost extra?
No. One send is one envelope, no matter how many people sign it, up to the published signer cap.
Is the count the same in the dashboard, the API, and my agent?
Yes. One organization, one remaining number.
